As the Chairperson Audrey plays a key role in liaising with external stakeholders, partners, and other organizations to promote the team's mission and vision. Audrey aka Fhatuwani, is passionate for progress and development as per her name Fhatuwani (Progress in Tshivenda) reveals. She started her working career in the bank, from a teller counter to a small business development banker. Here she gained an appreciation and understanding of finance and wealth management. Customer care, relationship building, the importance of systems and procedures and running a profitable operation. As a believer in automation of certain tasks and the use of technology, SAGE which started as Pastel, became a critical partner of the practice. This relationship opened the door to train over 300 leaners on the SAGE and Pastel Partner software at Varsity College and for private businesses. Audrey achieved 100% pass rate over 4 years with the institution. As an advocate for generational inheritance for generations yet unborn, she serves as director and treasurer of a co-operative bank called Generational Inheritance Group (GIG Co-op) as well as a legacy coach. Audrey is a registered professional accountant with The South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) and is also a registered tax practitioner with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) and The South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT). She ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulations, promoting ethical standards and best practices within the team. Audrey is passionate for progress and development. She offers a diverse basket of offerings to SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) in the area of finance and compliance.
C.E.O
Serving as the C.E.O Pelonomi is the driving force behind the company's strategic vision and leadership. Pelo is a producer, radio broadcaster, tutor, voice-over artist, and accountant. She Debuted her official Radio broadcasting space as a co-presenter in 1912 online Radio & TV then as a news anchor, she then went on to produce & present her own show in 2018. She later went on to join a newly established community radio station as producer & show runner until 2022. She was a Brand Ambassador for a Kasi founded Clothing line. She starred in a Business TV Reality Show as an Accounting mentee. She has also held modelling campaigns for Kasi Brands. She later joined an events photography & videography company as a Female Photographer. She has volunteered in the office of the speaker of council in the City of Johannesburg as a social media manager for councilors. She has interacted & interviewed industrious, & prominent people holding higher positions in different institutions in the Republic of South Africa. Pelo always had passion for Finance which led to her pursuing a career in the Accounting and Finance industry. With the drive of educational development, she was a Finance and Accounting Tutor in one of the leading colleges in Gauteng, she has worked as a Bookkeeper, Assistant Accountant in the film industry. Pelo went on to work as a Financial Accountant for a Training and Communications company. She then worked as an Accountant for an Accounting Firm.

Millicent is hard working and ambitious. Being a perfectionist in her work, especially paperwork, has made her have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Millicent has a broader role of experiences in the finance and accounting industry spanning over 10 years. This includes working as a finance clerk, accounts payable clerk, accounts receivables clerk, she went on to work as an accounting Bookkeeper. Millicent’s high standards of ethics and professionalism allows her to deal and interact with senior personnel. As the team's Bookkeeper, Millicent plays a crucial role in managing client financial books, tracking expenses to keep financial operations running smoothly and maintaining organization's financial health. She ensures all financial data is up to date. Her keen attention to detail helps us stay on top of our client's financial health and ensures seamless financial operations.
